Nomination terms

Submit accurate information and supporting evidence for work during January 1, 2026–June 30, 2027. Only submit information you are entitled to share. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee eligibility, selection, shortlisting, or an award. AE Awards may review the information and contact the nominator for clarification.

How nomination data is used

The form collects nominator contact information, nominee details, biography, achievements, and supporting evidence to administer and assess award nominations. Submissions are stored in the awards database and emailed to the configured awards administration inbox. Access is restricted to authorized administrators.

Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential material in supporting evidence. Ensure linked material is appropriate to share with the awards team. Technical access records may be used to prevent abuse. The form uses an essential session cookie for security and does not require marketing cookies.

Contact the AE Awards organizer through the official channel where you found this nomination form to request a correction or ask about your submission. Include your nomination reference. The organizer should publish its contact details and retention policy before opening nominations publicly.
